Product Description
Bidirectional Optical Node

With modular design and bus connection, TW2 optical node can provide unprecedented specification and flexibility for operators. It has place for two power supply modules and five standard modules, including two optical receivers, two optical transmitters and one network management module, it also can be combined in other mode. With "Virtual Headend" technology, it can be equipped with other modules according to the development of network. It can narrow to 1/2 of the initial covered subscribers, so it will not waste the initial investment and upgrade seamlessly, also it can reduce the breaking time of maintenance to the lowest.
The ClassI or ClassII transponder module, which is available for optical node, complies to Hms standard and work with ACE network management system, so it supports the developing HFC network. TW2 optical node supports RFOG technology. To suppress the return noise in every return path, user can choose tri-status gate or RFOG spare parts.
